"It was difficult to find from the map given. We went to the wrong place initially. The restaurant was fully booked so we were told to go back to town and look. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. No stores nearby. Therapy pool was modern and enjoyable with many water jet features. Location in a wooded area was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well equipped."

"Very restful, the hotel is a short walk from the centre of Bagnoles which is perfect after a fine meal. 30 minutes in the pool is a perfect start to the day."
