"A beautiful, older resort in the low season which could use some refurbishing and additional wait-staff. It's quiet, out of the way and was once gorgeous. Now it needs a coat of varnish. The hot water in the shower works very well, if you can figure out how to manipulate the faucet. The main restaurant needs more servers, so things like silverware aren't forgotten when the food is brought out.The bottom line: it's quiet, and like stepping into a few hundred years ago. Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. Limited dining choices at resort and outside, this is a property best visited if you have transport or rent a motorcycle."

Even though there isn’t a beach to relax on, chairs and tables along the shoreline allow beautiful and relaxing views, especially at sunset. You can sit by the pool, in the gardens, or on the bar deck next to the shore. Easy walk to a few shops, bars and restaurants. Pleasant breakfast too. "

The beach allows you to walk out 1/2 kilometre and still be chest deep and the water is warm. "Modern hotel w/ excellent AC next to the beach and have the roof-top swimming pool. Breakfast was appetising and varied and the staff were always friendly and most welcoming. Housekeeping staff deserve special praise for their work was excellent and above expectations."

"We stayed one night and this hotel suits well for this purpose. It is clean and they even have a small pool. The staff is nice and ready to help. There is a strange smell in the rooms, but again for one night it's OK. "
