"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"Nunca pude hospedarme por la reserva de 6 dias que hice atraves de hoteles. Llegue y no habia reservacion. Por suerte en la posada tenian las primeras 3 noches con disponibilidad, nos hicieron un precio especial y nos quedamos 3 dias arreglando directamente con ellos. Contacte con Hoteles y me informaron el error ocurrido y nos ofrecieron un monto en credito en mi cuenta pero nunca lo he visto ni me respondieron ningun mail informandome como puedo usar ese credito para otra reserva.
