At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children. Next morning - a lady at the front desk, was a little bit unwelcoming. We requested an iron and ironing board and it took several attempts and 1.5h later we got it. Then at the check out time, same lady was giving us a hard time about one of the card keys that my daughter accidentally left in the room. Front desk lady repeatedly mentioned that it would be better if we had returned the key. Several apologies from us didn’t release the situation..which at the end gave us impression that she cared about the plastic card more than the customer. "
