"Great location near Estachion d'autobus, but at one end of city centre, so not too busy with tourists. Easy getting through passport control for us, and even easier getting C6 bus into city."

"Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building.
The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party...
"A mixed bag. Close to being great but fell down in key areas. The rooftop area is great but service at the bar surly and slow. Music not chilled enough. Breakfast is a good spread but hotplate does not keep food hot enough. No service at all. Running out of bowls every morning then going to find someone who eventually and not too willingly turned up with three bowls. Reception team were great. Spa was pretty good."
"Check in 4pm however rooms not ready till 4.30. Roof pool area towels on beds but no one using them. Shame because others waiting at bar area to get sunbathing."
"Room was very modern and clean and location was excellent for the beach and town centre. Pool is a little small and we didn’t use. But overall I’d recommend this hotel for a short break in Alicante"
"Het is een geweldig complexje waar de klantvriendelijkheid zeer hoog in het vaandel staat. We hadden in onze kamer om de zoveel tijd een vreemd brom geluid ze kwamen meteen om het te beoordelen, en kregen we een ander appartement. Daar ging de airco helaas in storing en werd deze dezelfde dag hersteld met een excuus kaartje en wat lekkers erbij! Restaurant is zeer aan te bevelen en heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer aangenaam en aan te raden verblijf. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug"

"Ideale ligging in het centrum omringd door vele restaurants, eettentjes en winkels. Dichtbij het strand, de boulevard, de haven en de route om het oude fort te beklimmen. 6 minuten lopen naar de bushalte ri luchthaven. Receptioniste sprak Nederlands en was heel behulpzaam met tips over restaurants en activiteiten. Mooi hotel in een oud gebouw maar totaal niet gehorig. Enige geluiden kwamen vanaf de straat omdat daar de terrasjes waren. De kamer had een balkonnetje met een zitje. Ideaal om natte...
"I like the hotel because of where it is, near to the beach, it has a lovely swimming pool, and gardens, and the staff are very nice, nothing to much trouble for them."
