"This place is nothing like my wife & I have experienced. This is a whole new hotel stay. It was a great experience & very active place. From the food, drinks, service and all, it was truly a great experience. The pool, food & drinks on the rooftop was amazing. I will definitely stay here again."

"Muy buena ubicación, la propiedad es la mejor que he estado en Italia hasta ahora, el personal tuvo mi habitación lista mucho antes de la hora del check in, el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido y placentero apenas demore 1 min. "This is a great hotel location for all the main attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the railway station if you are flying into Pisa. The hotel and rooms are brilliant, loved the heaven & hell theme. Some great touches by the hotel such as free drink at the bar, x2 free beers in the mini bar. The pool room is great as are the restaurants and courtyard garden. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
