"American couple, 11 day stay. Hotel is a 5 star out of 5 stars. Relatively new property and very clean inside and out. Room came with refrigerator, safe, TV with many American movies in English (Portuguese subtitles). Large bathroom, balcony, free beach towel use, air conditioning, free parking and best of all free breakfast (best breakfast we've had at a hotel). You can request to have your room cleaned every day or not. Nice swimming pool with plenty of beach chairs. This hotel is very close to Albufeira which has the best beach and night life in all of Algrave. Regency is located in a quite neighborhood and great for taking a walk in the evening. In walking distance to a wetland area with boardwalks. "

"I loved my stay here… The front desk staff were incredibly helpful… Everyone was so kind an accommodating. When I booked a third night after deciding it was just too wonderful to leave after two nights… Your staff made sure there was a flawless transition and I didn’t have to move rooms… It was very helpful and appreciated. They also gave me great recommendations for dinners… there was one gentleman at the desk who was especially helpful. I can’t recall his name specifically, but he was the one who made all the transitions so smooth for my additional booking. … And insured my parking validation would continue without any disruption. Underground parking was also a very grateful addition to ensure minimal stress related to parking! I’ll be back for sure - the proximity of the beach was incredible… and though I didn’t get a chance to take in your Spa, I love that you could do the spa circuit for a very minimal fee. The nightly music always seem popular with the guest as I was passing through… Created a good energy in the space. Thanks again for making my trip very memorable."
