The staff was AMAZING. The sauna and steam room were AMAZING. The owners were AMAZING. As a couple whom only know a tiny if any German we were a little nervous we may feel out of place with language barriers in a smaller town yet never once did we feel that way! "The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
