"It’s nice hotel, great food and restaurant staff. I had an issue with reception, when I told them that i chose this hotel because of the swimming pool and nobody informed me that it’s closed. They offered me discount to some other outdoor pool but I didn’t go for it. The pool they advertise is not owned by the hotel and you have to pay extra for it. "The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor.
