"Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new. Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission when they brought the towels."

"Huge Hot Hot Hot and insistent Huge room, very nice but very hot. There were 28°C and all night the air conditioning (very noisy) turned on did not get it below 26.5. You have to be lucky to find some English speakers at the reception (not everyone does it). The laundry bag was missing in the room. I requested and only the day after arrived. The housekeepers came to bring me the clean clothes but they wanted payment in that occasion only cash. I tried to explain that I would pay by credit...
