"Hopeless and disgusting experience. Staff is unfriendly and lousy. Checkin time is 2 PM which is quite late considering that checkout time is 12 pm. The rooms were not ready till 2.45 pm. Highly unprofessional and non-responsive staff least bothered about guests. Location is not easy to reach with bad approach road of 2 kms and there is no support from rude staff. "Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops."

"This property is excellent to relax n enjoy. Hospitality is superb and not to miss the food.I went with my family last week only. Every staff was so courteous , caring and affectionate that I really wanted to extend my stay. Food was superb except the samber that was a bit on the sweet mode . I think it should be changed as those who want sweet taste can add sugar but reverse cant be done. Otherwise must visit place😊"

The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...
