"As expected the hotel was very nice and the staff were very attentive. The location could not be any better if you are planning a tour of Windsor Castle as it is almost facing the entrance to the castle gates. It’s location is also perfect to walk to from the train station and the various restaurants, coffee shops and many ice-cream parlours. "

"The email confirmation of my booking from Hotels.com stated a check in time of 2pm. I arrived at 2pm at the hotel and reception said that check in was 3pm. So I had to sit around and wait for an hour before I could go to my room. Hotels.com should have the correct information. "
