I requested housekeeping service for my room three separate times, but it was never cleaned. As a result, trash began to pile up and used towels were left sitting, creating an uncomfortable environment. I don’t understand how hotels can fall short in the one area that should be their greatest strength, which is providing guests with a clean, relaxing space to return to."
