"A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.
However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. "I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return."
