"The hotel was very nice. Located in the heart of shopping district. And an easy walk to the Caldea Spa. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. Staff was helpful and the beds were very comfortable. All good and nice place to stay in Andorra."

"I’ve been staying here for years and it’s been through about three owners… this last visit may well be the last time. I’ve always just pulled up to the parking gate, pressed the button and they’ve let me in and then I’ve gone upstairs to check in. This time they wouldn’t let me in until I’ve checked in which meant leaving my motorcycle with all the gear in the Street whilst waiting for the check-in queue. The guy on reception was very grumpy to deal with. There’s plenty of other hotels!"
"Frühstück lies zu wünschen übrig, da Eier und Speck kalt serviert wurden. Auch am 2. Tag trotz Anmerkung, dass man das gerne warm serviert bekommen würde. Das Personal rennte fast durch den Speisesaal, was eine große Hektik und somit unschöne Atmosphere verursachte. Auch beim Abendessen im Restaurant war eine große Hektik zu verspüren, die nicht zum Rest passte."
