"Excellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff, the hotel is a bit far from the "action" in Puerto Vallarta, but this depends what you are looking for. Interesting mix of guests, young / old, Mexicans / Non-Mex variety, always had a good talk. For Golf courses you will need to drive approx 45-60 min, but the courses are very nice. There is a Scuba shop on-site, dive site in general are good and Dive Masters / Instructors very knowlegable."

"Our stay at Casa De Las Palapas surpassed any and all of our expectations. Can't beat the views or the location. The pool is perfect for a friendly volleyball game. But I can't say enough about the staff at the villa. The service and especially the food were excellent. No need to leave the property. You definitely get your moneys worth. Loved it so very much. Already planning a return trip."
