"When we arrived all of the sheets and blankets were in the Lainey room dirty. The towels were wet and sour in the washer. All of the graters were on. The house was like an oven and it was nearly 100 degrees outside. None of the windows had windows cranks on them to open them. There was no A/C. The ceiling fan did not work. The fish washer was full of water. The microscope food not work. None of the televisions worked. This was the most miserable family vacation we have ever taken."

"We had issues from the beginning until the end with this property. The positive thing was that it was so easy to literally hop on the slopes. However it wasn’t enough for me to rent again. The house wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, and smelled so gross like wet dirty carpet. The towels were thrown in the cabinet and appeared used. The linens All smelled dirty, like dirty hair. "Good location, quiet, nicely furnished. Close to Spearfish Canyon. Downtown Spearfish is a block or two away. Makes a great home base for a Black Hills vacation."
