"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "Sehr schönes Hotel zum Skifahren. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Skibus Haltestelle, sowie EInkaufsmöglichkeiten, Skiverleih und Skikeller ist direkt im Haus. Das Fine Dining Abendessen war der Hammer und nach dem Motto bestellen bis man Satt ist. Die Auswahl war weitreichend und für jeden was dabei. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch großarting. Im Hof befinden sich teilweise überdachte Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war bequem und geräumig. Leider empfanden wir die Pools ein kleines bisschen...
