"This is never a 4* hotel. Perhaps when it opened 40hrs ago or so. The pool area is 4* with an infinity pool. This is a zero tolerance hotel on music or noise of any sort (not that we created any). Air con in rooms is poor We had to change room and in both rooms the refrigerator did not function properly. Bar is very expensive. "

"Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened.
