"Just stayed one night due to a layover at Bergamo. The hotel itself and rooms were quite nice. Had a decent meal in the restaurant. On the one hand location is close to airport which is convenient, on the other hand there’s really nothing around the hotel. It was fine for the purpose of being close to airport and sleeping off a long flight but that’s about it "

"The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems."

Wi-Fi was terrible, either down or very Slow. Location was good for metro stop a short walk away. Metro was very clean and efficient. "
