"We checked in to the hotel without problem and were shown to our room which was nothing like the pictures of the room I chose online. It was tiny but we weren't that bothered so decided not to make a big deal of it. The property is very pretty and the roof terrace is lovely. After the first night I started to feel quite ill but assumed it was because of the altitude of Antigua. Turns out all the doors, cupboards and windows were covered in mold. We told the front desk and they moved us to a room at their sister hotel without question, we just had to wait until 4pm so they had time to clean a room for us. The hotel they moved us to, Posada San Vicente was very similar but a fair bit bigger. When we got to our room we were amazed to find that this was much more like the room we had supposedly booked online. I think they use the same room pictures for all of their hotels? Anyway the rest of our time at Posada San Vicente was very pleasant. I would recommend just booking a room there in the first place if you can. Save yourself the trouble. They still had a roof terrace and we used the laundry service which was decent. Both hotels are in very good locations. "
