"Only down side was lack of AC which in the summer heat was a little to warm inside the rooms. With that beinG said I was able to open the window to allow the breeze inside but there was a noisy street and restaurant below."

This hotel has all you would expect from a Mercure. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "

"Suppose to be a 4 star property , upon checked in was given a pile of bedsheets and towels to climb 2 floors to the apartment. Was told that we need to lug these bedsheets and towels after the stay back to their office. In addition cleaning of the property is also required by us. Otherwise a charge of 65€ will be charged We found cockroaches on the ceiling and in the toilets. "
