"This house has amazing views and the fishing either off the decks or downstairs is great. It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. Burned pans, teflon pans with half the teflon scratched off, etc. If you set these at the curb, no one would pick them up. The stove downstairs was a cheap very basic white one...

"The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful.
