"I had a great experience staying at the Crown Plaza Managua. All of the staff were very service oriented and helpful. In fact, I left my Ray Ban’s in the pool area and the next day when I asked at the front desk about them, I was thrilled that they had been found and held by the staff. The room was nice and quiet and the housekeeping staff did a great job!"

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him.
