"We booked this without realizing it was so far away from Berlin. We did have a car- but the hotel had no tourist pamphlets, maps, and spoke minimamal english. This place is out in the middle of no where- and for perople who had planned to be in Berlin- we had to drive in adn then take transit. The rooms do not have wi-fi which is unacceptable, there is nothing that is free- even the coffee isn the room is charge (even though you don't this until you get the bill). "Great stay overall. Only problem we have was the smart door key system was down and the reception have to open for us. The breakfast was good in particular their scramble eggs. The airport shuttle service was really convenient for passengers like us who have a flight to catch"
