"I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."

"I like the view and Africa bar. Most of staff very friendly couple a bit rude.(one Tall dark hair guy in reception) I did not get my deposit back for towel because i did not have the receipt!!! Food hygiene and quality of food did not match a 4 star hotel."
