"Always check the AC first before unloading luggage cart and preparing your room for the stay. I am not going to hammer the hotel for the AC but function check should be done at every room cleaning. Over all we had a good time."

"Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) Our waitress at the Croft also told us she was so busy because the waitresses are also required to wash the dishes of their guests. When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort.
