"Has its own beach area, and rocks to break up incoming waves. These same rocks provide home to some tropical fishes and fun to watch them. Drawback is the cost of food which is pretty unreasonable, but a short walk away can find local eatery for much less cost, and quality just as good. Most hotel guest will go to nearby market to buy 12 pack sodas cheap"

"Staff is very friendly and helpfull, property is well keep and very clean. The pool doesn’t look appealing because of the bottom look like darkish… Been a facility without a beach improving the pool and maybe installing some sort of entertainment for kids will attract more visitors to the property as well."

"This property is amazing, from the arrival to departure. The gardens are beautiful, people are amazingly hospitable, food taste homemade (you can taste the love in it), and it is safe. I highly recommend this property for your vacation! I’d only share that if you like to have air conditioning then I’d prepare to either send a mobile AC unit ahead of your arrival or, you should see if you can buy one here. "Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "The beach was one of the nicest on the island with great swimming and a nice long beach to walk on. The restaurant on site was also good. Our room was a 2 bedroom and was perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean! The service from the resort helped arrange pick up by ferry as well as did some grocery shopping for us so we had some basics when we arrived. We travelled out of peak season so it was fairly quiet. A couple of other restaurants were in walking distance, and our taxi driver took us into Charlestown to get groceries and to Pinneys beach to some bars. Pack your own snorkel and goggles so you can enjoy the sea life! All in I would recommend this as a great value place to stay on the island. Nevis was beautiful!"
