Luckily this hotel was free and taken us in, now i was on my honeymoon and it was a disaster from the start but the manager at this property was a ray of sunshine. His name was Ashley - he was understanding, caring and went that extra mile to make our stay great. I could not thank him enough. He upgraded us to a honeymoon suite and helped us book a car rental - he made sure we had one. He was literally a gem! i cannot express how attentive and nice the staff was, they was all so lovely. From having a disaster of a time to then coming here was amazing. you made our holiday special thank you!"
