The views from every window were amazing and the breakfast alone makes this place worth the stay. I can honestly say that their morning COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was probaby my favorite meal during my entire 10 day trip to Italy."

"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "
