"Had a really good room with balcony. Quiet and spacious. Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to. Good pool and spa included for guests. Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking."

Though the parking was included in the reservation I was refused parking upon arrival and had an argument with the picolo about it! So I simply left my car outside the hotel. He never offered help with our luggage either! Later they came asking for my car keys and parked my car at the garage which is insanely tight... I'm just glad there's no damage done on my car. "We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. "Das Hotel wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert und sieht echt hübsch aus. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und Meerblick. Es war etwas spartanisch und die Fernseher sind etwas klein (wurde nicht genutzt), aber es ist sauber und die zwei Balkone sind echt cool. Essen entspricht nicht lokalen Maßstäben,also nichts besonderes, aber auf keinen Fall schlecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann sich echt sehen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. "
