Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is clearly needed, because the room is quite outdated with very old furniture and amenities. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't bother asking about it as the weather was cool enough not to need it. The staff I interacted with was always professional, but one night (around 10:30pm) it took almost 30 minutes to find someone for the front desk to help both folks who were waiting to check in and to help me, as my room key stopped working. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of breads, meats, and pastries. The coffee machine was fine, though I wish there was filtered coffee available for larger portions as I kept having to go back to the machine to refill my cup."

"An interesting hotel with some very beautiful elements (brick ceilings, restaurant and bar area), next to other very average spaces, such as the halls leading to the room (more motley looking). The actual bedroom was ok. Clean and efficient. But not spectacular. We ended up sleeping with the window open because we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work."
