"Our stay was wonderful. We arrived with our dog and we all had a welcome reception. Our roof was comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping added a dog bed and bowls too. Our meal in the restaurant was fab and the staff were great. "

"The whole experience was excellent. Our room was huge with balcony, view of the golf field, because we paid for that particular room, quite pricey but it is a beautiful hotel so it is expected. The restaurant inside the hotel is cozy. Downside, the chef does not know how to cook medium rare steak, it was more on the medium well side. My wife ordered medium well, she got overcooked so the steak was hard. It's a shame because French are meant to be a good chef especially on a 5 star hotel. ...

"This place deserves more than five stars. If I can give it 100 I would. I only wish that I found this place sooner, I would’ve booked an additional two nights instead of staying in Geneva. Our hotel in Geneva was the same price, and piled in comparison to the IMPECCABLE service and quality we’ve experienced here. We love the Sonade Suite! "The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
