"We've had a good time as always with Vacasa, and they have some nice and friendly staff to deal with. Even though we found quite a few non-functional items like half-working stoves, broken sliding door, fire pit; they didn't ruined our stay. I'm taking two stars off for something else, and it isn't Vacasa's fault. There's this older lady to who lives nextdoor to the house right behind the rental property. Thru out the stay, she mean-mugged us whenever we're in her sight, and as we departed on...
