"For this property, excellent does not do it justice. This hotel, from top to bottom, has everything a visitor would need. The amenities and cleanliness were above and beyond. Please be sure you bring your swimsuit as this property has a spa-like pool and hot tub. The restaurant and bar - chefs kiss! The waiters address you by your first name and treat you like family. "Had a power outage. needed a place to charge my phone and lay my head for a few days. I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. The room had great water pressure, so I really enjoyed my shower. The bed was comfy so I had the best rest. Let's not forget the cookies. "Property location was great. Property was dated. Staff was rude and seemed out out even checking us in. It took over ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk. It was clear staff was friendly with a large party staying at property. Party was a wedding or some type of formal celebration. Courtyard was loud with music and yelling and dancing until 10:15-10:30. Entire parking lot and lobby smelled of marijuana. Location was about the only good point."
