"Overall impressions of the hotel had the wow factor. The check in was straight forward, although the staff could have learned a smile! The room was really nice although no tea/coffee facilities. We were given 1 small carton of water. There was an event going on in the restaurant/bar area on the Thursday evening so we weren't able to go to the bar area, we were stopped by the front of house going through to buy water which was frustrating. "It was good for the purpose (no frills overnight stay) but quite average in terms of location, breakfast or room quality. It was fine but I would probably pick another hotel next time. "
