"All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia.
First the good....few employees are 5 STAR:
1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English.
2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite.
3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE.
I FELT UNSAFE.
NO INTERNET for few HOURS.
NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS.
I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."
