"I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. "This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice. "

I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25.00. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help."
