Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

I read some reviews before booking and I wasn't really sure about staying here. But we decided to book anyway because we didn't want to stay in the city we wanted a beach resort. And although the water recedes most of the day. It was a beautiful resort. Relaxing and calm. Organized and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Don't always go off bad reviews. I figured those people are just complicated and will find the negative instead of focusing on the positive. We had an ocean view. It was...

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

Enjoyed my stay here. Will book again if in Panama.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

Everyone except Adriana was very nice. She could have been nicer instead of being very rude.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very friendly and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the bay. The staff was amazing and Sáquela restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend the Hilton Panama.

It was amazing. Breakfast was great, hotel was super clean, the spa service was amazing too and the people that works there super helpful and super nice. Definitely I would come back any time I need to go to Panama.

My family and I--6 people, in total--traveled to Panama City for a week. Here are what I think are the pros and cons to staying here: PROS: (1) The hotel itself is exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the bathrooms to the actual rooms to the pool/spa area to the dining/bar area, all were clean. (2) The hotel staff are what make this hotel stand out. I have traveled all over the world and I have never encountered such KIND, HELPFUL, PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGABLE hotel staff. They always greeted us...

Our experience with the staff of the Renaissance Hotel was indescribable. The entire staff starting with the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeper, concierge it made us feel welcomed since day 1. We spent 16 days and everyday was like day 1. I definitely recommend without doubt the Renaissance Hotel. Your money will be very well spend and you will be grateful, location is also a plus located in one of main avenue in Panama with walking distance for shopping and entertainment.
