And at last…the garage, 5 star hotel where you push your luggage 3 floors up to reception sign, no way to get to the front, no lift in a garage either, new built garage, that’s far from 5 star, then you get to tunnels and stairs with no straight lane with your heavy luggages…strange, the check-in is very long, they tell you that Expedia booking is split in two, their system interface not existent plus at check out you get a pdq terminal to pay without show you what you would pay (no invoice provided), so asked for it. "Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open "
