"Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful with planning our activities while in Sapa. They also have a shower room you can use when arriving before check in which was great as we arrived by train early in the morning. Hotel was very nice with great views of the mountains. It was recently renovated at the start of 2026. Breakfast was good and the restaurant has a great view of the city and mountains. They helped with transfer form the train station and gave lots of recommendations for...
"Hotel was exquisite. Centrally located, extremely clean, breakfast buffet was incredible, make sure you go. If you plan to go to the Fansipan peak, make sure you buy your tickets with the hotel. While it was slightly pricier (I think about 30 USD per person) we got this essentially fast pass necklace that allowed us to cut all lines and got us up and down the mountain lightening fast. So worth it!!!!!"
"The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!"
"The hotel is actually quiet ok, the location is secluded with views of valley which was quiet good. However the road leading to the hotel is always filled with traffic. The roads are narrow and cars, buses tend to stop by at the road side making"
"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...
"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....
