He gave us a mini sake’ sampling and was very friendly and warm. Our dinners at Nobu were outstanding! The only things to mention that could improve this experience would include an onsite hot tub, sauna, & steam to relax after traveling and the rooms need larger showers. Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air. You are practically outside. They really take care of you, here. They have a spa, and they are attached to the Akelarre Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) that started it all. "
