"Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the...

"Staff helpful. Room very clean. Very well maintained. Location amazing, view amazing. Very comfortable. Speedy internet. Safe.
