"Sea View double room was excellent and very comfortable. Food was excellent quality and we had a really lovely time and would definitely come back. However, there are things to improve. Tiered queuing systems for bars and restaurants need reviewing as this often seems unnecessary (we went at the end of the season and it wasn't massively busy)! I would say it was mainly an issue due to under staffing. Room servicing could be better as often things forgotten (loo roll, towels, cleaning standard). Reception staff were always super helpful as were the majority of staff at the hotel but attention to detail overall could be improved for a 5 star hotel."

"This was our second time in this property and it will not be the last. The service exceeded expectations. The staff in the housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurants were super nice and kind. The good vibe put on by Chelli from Charallave, Roberto, and all the staff (i did not write down the names) were all incredible. The property is in great condition and perfect maintenance. Room service was always super fast. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options. Really impressive. Plus for kitchen staff. We already discussed returning next summer. Thanks for making this a great couple vacation."
