We had an issue initially with the AC; it wasn't cooling well, and the hotel claimed to not have any other rooms to accommodate us which was disappointing as there did not seem to be a great number of guests in the hotel itself. There were families as well as some groups of friends staying during our stay but not too loud nor obnoxious. "Overall the hotel was good, fantastic location in the heart of the old town with access to taxis and the ferry terminal at your doorstep. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed). "
