"We had an amazing stay At Raddison Blu Aurum. The staff were super friendly. The only thing i believe would have made things easier is to have precise information regarding car parking. I honestly struggled with this but I found that it was simply parking on the road opposite the hotel for 24 lei per day. unfortunately, the girl at reception desk did not tell us this. "

"Great hotel, very nice and modern and situated next to a shopping centre. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the old town. There are lots of transportation options around and we mainly used uber because it’s cheap in Cluj. Overall great stay. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "

"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."
