"For a 5-Star hotel the experience was disapointing. Our room was supposed to have a Shower/Bathtub combination, but at check in, we were put in a room without a bath. When we went down to front desk and informed the staff that we had booked a room with both, they moved us to a different room with a tub and shower. That was good but added unnecessary time to the check in. There was only 1 bath mat in the room, despite the shower and bath being on oposite sides of the bathroom. There was old chewing gum under one of the bedside tables that fell down on my slippers in the morning, and the bathtub was chipped and had limescale on the tap. The hotel was OK, but not the 5star experience I expected."

"Absolutely beautiful! The staff is exceptional too! Incredibly friendly and helpful! The Falconry is a must do! We also enjoyed rowing the boat out in the lake, so very relaxing! A true 5 star resort!"
