"We were stunned at how beautiful the property was. It had many restaurants to choose from, some of the best resort/hotel food we've had. Even an ice cream/crepe bar! Staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. The spa was great. I didn't want to leave b/c they had everything there on the property. Would def come back again and recommend to friends."

"We arrived at night but received a room upgrade from garden view to sea view which was very nice, however the room did smell like it was previously smoked in. It seems as though we were on the older side of the resort that was renovated. There is a newer side of the resort as well (on the other side). "I didn’t like the fact that we had to rake our own luggage up and back down to the lobby… also we were with friends and the gadget a Nespresso machine and we didn’t even have coffee in our room I had to request it and was given instant coffee "

"The Palace is advertised as a 5 star, however it should be rated as 4 star. I had to move the bed to watch an uninterrupted view of the TV as one of the four posters posts was in the middle of the TV view. There are no t-bags or milk in the room and I had to continually ask for more coffee and sugar. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. "A fantastic hotel. Great position with a large private beach/ coast. Fantastic views. 15 minute costal walk to Agios Nikolaos. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and first class service. The only area for improvement was the main building sea view room which was a little dated and in need of some modernisation to keep up with the rest of the hotel. The bungalows look great and I when I come back Id go for one of those instead…. Overall this hotel was brilliant. A true 5 star paradise...

"They were only running for 2 days when we checked in. It's lovely and had a private tub. The staffs are great and they really do try to accomodate. The elecrticity kept tripping during the stay, the breakfast does need upgrading (more cut fresh fruits would be great). Would recommend though"
