Special thanks to Fatima at the front desk, who checked us in with so much warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even ensuring we had cold water bottles for our ride. Khurram, the bellboy, was equally helpful, assisting us with a smile and making our arrival and departure smooth and welcoming. The hotel is a fantastic choice for international travelers — spotless, secure, and thoughtfully run. I would highly recommend Mövenpick Centaurus to anyone visiting Islamabad. "The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful.
