"We couldn't have asked for a better stay here in Santorini! The staff, especially Irene at the front desk, made our stay such a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in we were offered fresh lemonade to cool off and Irene offered our 2 year old daughter a balloon which made her day! "They claim this is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed at nicer budget chain motels. They provided communal cheap soaps, no other toiletries. The drains are horrible and the putrid smell of poop is eye watering in the bathrooms. Keeping the bathroom door shut tight and your windows open is the only way you cam keep the room fresh enough to sleep. The breakfast is fairly ok, if you get there right as it opened. From the moment we checked in we were offered fresh lemonade to cool off and Irene offered our 2 year old daughter a balloon which made her day! We were then taken by a staff member to tour the property and our bags were brought to our room. We had a private jetted tub overlooking the sea which was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our turn down service that evening as the staff left us slippers, chocolates, and boxed water. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well which was incredible! The hotel is in the perfect location to easily walk to all of the shops and dining options in Fira. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to come back! "
